To explain what's changed, Goldman takes the reader back to 1986, when. It's the place where the Prince keeps the various animals he loves to hunt. William Goldman addresses the reader and says that until very recently, he wouldn't have told anyone to buy the 30th anniversary edition of this book, as he was still caught up in legal issues with the Morgenstern estate and couldn't get Buttercup's Baby published. Instead, they go in the front door of Prince Humperdinck's Zoo of Death. Inigo and Fezzik do find the Albino, and there is a secret door in a tree, but Fezzik knocks out the Albino before they learn about it. In the book, finding Westley is a much more involved process. ![]() In the film, when looking for the Man in Black, Inigo and Fezzik find the Albino and then Inigo prays for inspiration which leads him to a hidden door in a tree and the Man in Black.
